Gambling

Gambling is whenever a person takes the chance of losing money or belongings where winning and losing is decided mostly by chance or luck. While some may consider gambling to be associated only with casinos and racetracks, there are a lot of activities that are considered gambling. Gambling actually involves risking something of a value on an uncertain event doesn't matter whether in terms of money or belongings, in hopes that you would win something of a greater value. Which also means that if you use your belongings to place a bet, you hope to win another greater things that makes you have both your belonging and the new thing you've won BUT if you lose, you end up with owning nothing at all.
In Malaysia, there are gambling laws which are quite interesting. Malaysia is a Muslim country so nearly all forms of gambling, both offline and online, are considered illegal. For instance, Casino de Genting is actually legal as it has a license. However, it is illegal for Muslims to enter. It applies the same to other forms of gambling here too.

Actually, there are many different ways to gamble;
- CASINO (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Slots Machine, Pai Gow Poker, Sic Bo -Chinese Dice Game-, and etc.)

Different people have different views and reasons. Some may choose to gamble just for fun, to socialize, to win money, for excitement or maybe even just to pass time. For some people also, gambling is a serious problem that affects all aspects of their lives. The lure of winning more than you risk is addictive and as gambling becomes more accessible, the number of people affected by gambling problems also increases. You need to realize that by gambling, something valuable to you is being put at risk. The outcome of the game itself is determined by chance and the most important thing you have to remember is that once a bet is made, it is irreversible. So, PLAY SMART!
